A Message from Thrive CEO Susanna Madden
To our valued clients and partners,
I want to convey Thrive Resources' strong commitment to you during the ongoing pandemic crisis. Our team continues to operate relatively normally albeit entirely remotely. We care about you and we are here for you.
Ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, partners and communities continues to be our number one commitment. As well, the Thrive team has chosen several charities to support that are doing amazing things for those most affected in the communities where we live and work. We encourage you to click on the links below to learn more about each of them. We believe that true community - helping and supporting each other through this - is what will get us to the other side better and stronger.
As well, for middle market companies that have been deeply impacted by Covid-19, Thrive has developed an assistance program whereby clients can leverage our brain trust at no cost. See the description of our Covid-19 offering below.
In the meantime, if we can help in any way, please reach out. Stay safe and healthy!
All my best,
Susanna Madden
CEO, Thrive Resources

Community Support
We’re working together with the Community Foundations of the State of Connecticut to get funds into the hands of those who need help the most: childcare for first responders, food banks, and more; those already in need before this crisis began.
We're an independent non-profit entity, staffed mostly by volunteers, that enables actionable, fundable projects in order to give the community a powerful new way to help support our state’s COVID-19 response.
Nourish Lexington is an initiative to utilize the skills and talents of hospitality workers recently unemployed due to the COVID-19 closings to provide prepared meals to those who need immediate access to food.
In exchange for preparing and delivering meals, food service workers will receive a $60 payment for a four-hour shift. Meals will be distributed to hospitality industry families, other families in need, seniors in affordable housing apartment complexes and children and their families through family resource coordinators.
Harry Chapin Food Bank is the largest hunger-relief network in Southwest Florida, serving Charlotte, Collier, Glades, Hendry and Lee counties.
We rescue, inspect, transport and distribute donated food and other grocery products to more than 150 partner agencies and programs that provide direct services to those in need. They include food pantries, in-school pantries, mobile pantries, senior programs and disaster relief agencies. The food bank provides food for about 28,000 individuals each week.
